NASBO has confirmed a group rate of $229 per night, single or double occupancy (plus 16.9% tax and a $5.00 per night Georgia Hotel fee). Group rate is available 3 days pre and post meeting based on hotel availability.

Cancellations/ Early Departures

Cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a one night room and tax fee.

To avoid an early checkout fee, guests should advise the hotel of any change in planned length of stay at or before check-in. Failure to notify the hotel will result in a fee of one night’s room and tax. Early check-out fees will be waived in the case of family or medical emergencies or if an attendee is recalled to their state by their Governor.

Hotel Parking

Valet parking is available for $55 per night. Valet parking only with self-parking lots nearby. No on-site parking for motorcycle/RV/bus or vehicles over 6'8".

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access is available in guest rooms and meeting spaces.

Hotel Fitness Center and Spa

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The outdoor pool is open Mon-Sun from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

The Spa at W Hotel Atlanta:

Mon-Sun: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tue-Sat: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Transportation

Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL)
Approximately 11 miles from hotel (20 minutes).

Rideshare or Taxi

Approximately $30-$40. Ride costs may vary depending on traffic and the time of day. 

Taxis:
Taxicab service at the Domestic Terminal is located in the Ground Transportation Center/West Curb, immediately outside and between the W-1 and W-2 door. (Map: Domestic Taxi Loading Stall)

Rideshare:
Rideshare pickups occur in the North Economy lot. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors N2 and N3. Once downstairs, follow the orange signs to the Economy lot and request a ride only after arrival at the pickup location.

MARTA Train:
Estimate 45 minutes for travel time from airport to hotel. All MARTA fares must be purchased with a Breeze card or Breeze ticket. Breeze cards are $2 and may be reloaded for up to 3 years, whereas Breeze tickets are $1 for single-use only. MARTA fare is $2.50 for a one-way trip.

MARTA’s Airport Station is inside the Domestic Terminal, between the North and South baggage claims. 

Travel from Airport Station via Gold Line (toward Doraville Station) or Red Line (toward North Springs Station) to Civic Center Station.

The W Hotel is a five minute walk from the Civic Center station.
