Reservations

NASBO has confirmed a group rate of $299 per night (plus 15.25% tax and a $2.50/night city tax) for single or double occupancy. This rate is available 2 days pre and post conference, based on availability. 

To make reservations at NASBO's group rate:

• Book online or
• Call 615-622-1234 (identify as part of the NASBO 2024 Annual Meeting).

The hotel cut-off date for NASBO's special rate is 5:00 pm eastern on Friday, June 28.

Cancellations

Cancel 48 hours prior to 11:59 p.m. day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges or forfeiture of deposit.

Check-In & Checkout Times

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Early Checkout: to avoid an early check out fee, guests should advise the hotel of any change in planned length of stay at or before check-in. Failure to notify the hotel will result in a fee of one night’s room and tax. Early check-out fees will be waived in the case of family or medical emergencies or if an attendee is recalled to their state by their Governor.

Internet Access

Complementary internet access is available in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.

Hotel Fitness Center/Pool/Spa
The hotel fitness center open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

The heated outdoor pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

R&R Wellness Spa is open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Reservations are required. 

Parking

Valet parking for NASBO attendees has been discounted to $48/night, with in and out privileges.

Ride Share Service
Fares average $20-30 depending on time of day. Uber, Lyft, or another app-based ride service pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Click here for a diagram showing pick-up locations.

Directions to the Ground Transportation Center:

• Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
• Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you.
• The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.
