Cancellations & Early/Late Departures

Cancellations must occur 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night room and tax.
 
Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. Unless late departure is pre-authorized by the hotel, a late departure fee of $75 will be charged. An early departure fee of $75 apply to reservations that are changed after check-in.

Early departure fees will be waived if a force majeure situation develops or if attendees leave for a documented medical emergency or if recalled to their state by their Governor.

Check-In/Checkout 

Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. 

If possible, the hotel may be able to accommodate early arrivals. If not, luggage can be stored with hotel Guest Services. Attendees should check out prior to the last session on Friday. Luggage can be stored in the back of the meeting room or with hotel Guest Services.

Self parking is available for a daily rate of $44. 
Valet parking is available for a daily rate of $44. 

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access is available in guest rooms and meeting rooms.

Hotel Fitness Center

A small fitness center is available for guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Ride share: approximately $25 one way
Uber and Lyft services are available from the airport to your selected destination. When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal to the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the Terminal Garage. 
 

Taxi: 
Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside of Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport, regardless of distance.
