NASBO has confirmed a per diem group rate of $155 per night, single or double occupancy (plus 15% tax).

Reservations can also be made by calling a Hotel Reservations Agent directly at (401) 421-0700 and choosing Option, 1. Use group code 5104875 to receive the per diem rate. Agents are available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. 

The hotel cut-off date for NASBO’s group rate is Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

Cancellations/Early Departures

Cancellations must occur by 4:00 pm eastern, 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night room and tax.
 
An early departure fee of $155 will be charged if you do not notify the hotel at check-in of a change in your scheduled departure. Early departure fees will be waived if a force majeure situation develops or if attendees leave for a documented medical emergency or if recalled to their state by their Governor.

Check-In/Checkout 

Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. 

If possible, the hotel may be able to accommodate early arrivals. If not, luggage can be stored with hotel Guest Services. Attendees should check out prior to the last session on Friday. Luggage can be stored in the back of the meeting room or with hotel Guest Services.

Hotel Parking

Self parking is available for a daily rate of $33 in the Biltmore Garage located next to the hotel at 51 Washington Street. This garage is not owned or operated by the hotel so pricing may change.

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access is available in guest rooms and meeting rooms.

Hotel Fitness Center

A small fitness center is available for guests 24 hours a day; it includes Peleton bikes. For those wishing to get outside, the hotel has bikes you can borrow to take a spin around town. 

Transportation

T.F. Green Airport (PVD)

Distance From Hotel: 10 Miles (15 minutes)

Ride share: approximately $25 one way
Arriving passengers may only be picked up in the area designated for Ride-Share/TNCs. The designated pick-up area is located on the outer arrivals roadway, which is located directly outside the lower level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal.
 

Taxi: approximately $40 one way
Taxis are available in the “Primary Taxi Pick-Up” location outside the Lower Level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal. Please follow the signage to this location.

Bus: $2
Rhode Island Public Transit Authority
Bus 66 has a route that drops riders off at Kennedy Plaza (Stop Y). The Graduate Hotel is a 0.2 mile walk from the bus stop. Approximate travel time is 20 minutes. Check website for departure times. Payment types accepted are exact change (cash) or Wave smart fare.
