NASBO has confirmed a per diem group rate of $126 per night, single or double occupancy (plus $18.475% tax and a $3.55 city tax)

The hotel cutoff date for NASBO's group rate is Tuesday, July 30, 2024. 

Cancellations/Early Departures

Cancel 48 hours prior to 11:59 day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges.

An early departure fee of one night room and tax will be charged if you do not notify the hotel at check-in of a change in your scheduled early departure. Early departure fees will be waived if a force majeure situation develops or if attendees leave for a documented medical emergency or if recalled to their state by their Governor. 

Check-In & Checkout Times
Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 pm. 

If possible, the hotel may be able to accommodate early check in. If not, luggage can be stored with hotel Guest Services. Attendees should check out prior to the last session on Friday. Luggage can be stored in the back of the meeting room or with hotel Guest Services. 

Hotel Parking

The hotel offers on-site parking for a daily rate of $25.

Internet Access
Complimentary internet access is available in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.

Hotel Fitness Center/Pool
A fitness center and outdoor pool are available to guests every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. 

Transportation

Kansas City International Airport (MCI)
Distance from Hotel: approximately 22 miles (26 minutes)

Ride Share: approximately $30 one way.
Arriving passengers may only be picked up at the area designated for Ride-Share/TNC. The designated pickup area is located on the Arrivals commercial curb. Follow the signs down the curb and look for purple signage posts 2K-N. 

Taxi: approximately $50 one way

Taxi service can be called using your personal phone by dialing 816-243-2345. Make sure that you give the dispatcher your exact location at the Arrivals commercial curb. Taxi parking is between posted yellow signage 3A-D. 

Supershuttle: approximately $46 one way
