Reservations

NASBO has confirmed a group rate of $259 per night for king bed rooms (plus 16.37% state and local taxes and a Hospitality District Levy, currently 0.75% of the guest room rate).

A limited number of two queen bed rooms are available for $289 per night (plus 16.37% state and local taxes and a Hospitality District Levy, currently 0.75% of the guest room rate). The group rate is available two days before and after the meeting, based on availability. If you are unable to book pre/post dates, please book the meeting dates and email your confirmation number to Lauren Cummings with the preferred arrival and departure dates and NASBO will try to have the requested additional nights to your reservation at the group rate.

Additional Hotel Information

Cancellations/Early Departures

Cancellations must occur 72 hours (3 days)  before 11:59PM local hotel time to avoid a one night room and tax fee.

Early check-out fees will be waived if a force majeure situation develops or if attendees leave for a documented medical emergency or if recalled to their state by their Governor.

Hotel Parking

  • Valet parking is available for $60 per day + tax. EVs need the ChargePoint app for set up.
  • Oversized vehicles: $71.88 + tax for 4+ hours.  

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access is available in all guest rooms. 

Hotel Fitness Center, Spa, and Pool

  • The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • The Outdoor Wet Deck Pool is open 7AM – 9PM daily.
  • The AWAY Spa is open daily and requires online booking for services. 



Transportation

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
Approximately 12 miles from hotel (25 minutes depending on traffic).

SEPTA Regional Rail

  • To find the SEPTA Airport Regional Rail line at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), follow signs for "SEPTA" or "Regional Rail" in the baggage claim area. Stations are located between terminals A-East/B, C/D, and E/F, reachable via escalators down from the arrivals hall. Trains depart every 30 minutes for Center City.
  • Depart from Airport Terminal station towards Philadelphia City Center. Exit at Suburban station (16th St & JFK Blvd). Exit via 16th and Market Street, Septa Courtyard. Walk 0.3 miles to hotel. See the train timetable here. 

Rideshare

  • If you plan to use Uber, Lyft, or another app-based ride service after landing at PHL, proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
  • Ride App pick-up zones are located on the S. Commercial Road outside of each Baggage Claim. Exit through the doors onto the S. Commercial Rd. and continue to follow signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
  • Cost: Approximately $40.00 one way.

Taxi

  • Taxicabs are readily available and provide service to the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding counties. Check with your taxicab company of choice for more information on fares and destinations served.
  • Taxicabs can be accessed at Zone 5 on the S. Commercial Roadway. Proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Taxis/Zone 5.
  • Cost: Approximately $32.00 one way.
