The meeting registration deadline is Friday, June 21.

Member States

All state budget officers, budget analysts and support staff are invited to attend.

NASBO will provide one complimentary registration, airfare up to $1,000, and four nights at the meeting hotel for one person, per state budget office (employees in the Governor's budget office only). This offer is only valid for states current on their fiscal 2013 dues. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation and will be liable for any charges until checkout. At that time, NASBO will be billed for four nights including taxes. You will be responsible for any incidentals or additional nights. Details have been sent directly to state budget directors; please contact Lauren Cummings at 202-624-8434 with questions. Additional members can attend at the member registration fee of $395.

Representatives from the Federal Government, State Agencies, Associations, Educational Institutions, and Non-Profits

NASBO encourages meeting attendance from other entities with interest in state budget issues. Registration fee is $550.

Employees of Private Sector Corporations

All private sector employees must be confirmed as meeting sponsors prior to registering for the meeting. For sponsorship information, contact Lauren Cummings (202-624-8434 or lcummings@nasbo.org). All sponsorships must be confirmed by June 14. After this date NASBO cannot guarantee complete fulfillment of sponsorship benefits.

Make Reservations Early

The NASBO group rate is $181/night plus 12% tax. Please book early to ensure you secure a room. You must make reservations by June 21, 2013 to receive the NASBO discount rate. NASBO's room block and the hotel will sell out over our meeting dates.

To make reservations, call 1-800-843-1950. You must identify yourself with "NASBO" in order to receive the group rate. This discount rate ($181/night plus 12% tax) is available for the meeting dates, and for 2 days prior to and 2 days after the meeting dates, based on hotel occupancy levels.

The hotel cut-off date for NASBO's special rate is Friday, June 21.
