The Harvard Kennedy School social impact bond technical assistance lab (SIB Lab), with support from the Rockefeller Foundation, will provide pro bono technical assistance to four additional state and local governments. The lab will be selecting the governments to receive assistance via a competitive process and applications are due by February 8, 2012.
