New Home Sales Decline in December

A report released jointly by the U.S. Census Bureau and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development showed that sales of new single-family homes declined in December, with the seasonally adjusted annual rate falling to 369,000, 7.3 percent below the revised annual rate in November.
