The George A. Bell Award recognizes an Associate Member of our organization for outstanding contributions and service to public budgeting and management in state government. Associate Members are all professional personnel in the budget agency who are not Regular Members. Associate Members are budget analysts or their unit supervisors and other staff.
All nominations that are not the recipient of the George A. Bell award will automatically become eligible for their regional award.
