Introduction to State Budgeting Seminar.
This seminar is geared toward state budget analysts with two years or less experience. Presenters are veteran budget experts who will provide an exciting and informative seminar that will focus on communication strategies, budgeting from the perspective of a director and an analyst, as well as an in-depth analysis of budget requests utilizing case studies. |

The registration fee for members (all state
budget office employees) is $350. The registration fee for non-profit/federal
government participants is $450. Class size
is limited to the first 75 participants. Depending
on availability, registration will open to non-members on Monday, July
28. The registration deadline for all participants is Friday, August
1.
The deadline to cancel
registrations without penalty is Thursday, August 7. Click

Cancellation must be made by 4 pm CST the day before arrival to avoid
a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rental.

development topics and provide analysts the opportunity
to meet with colleagues in their program area to discuss
challenges, trends, and successful practices.
