Registration information for the 2009 Fall Meeting will be available in the summer.

Please reserve your room(s) by calling (866) 834-6628. NASBO has confirmed a special group rate of $189 single or double occupancy (plus $1 per night occupancy tax and 11.5% tax). When you check out your rate will be $179 because NASBO will be master billed $10 per room, per night.

This special rate is available three days before and after the meeting, based on availability. In order to get the group rate, you must identify yourself with the “2009 NASBO Fall Meeting .”

Reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. eastern, the day before arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate.

Check in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is noon. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service to Reagan National Airport, complimentary internet access, as well as a fitness center and pool.

THE HOTEL CUT-OFF DATE FOR THE GROUP RATE IS AUGUST 31.
