The registration fee for members (including all state budget office employees) is $200. The registration fee for non-member/non-profit/federal government participants is $300.

Please reserve your room(s) by calling (800) 233-1234 or (202) 582-1234. NASBO has confirmed a special group rate of $185 for a king bed or $210 for double beds (plus 14.5% tax). When you check out your rate will be $175 single or $200 double because NASBO will be master billed $10 per room, per night.

When booking your room please specify your bed preference and not the number of occupants. The hotel will increase the rate if you specify triple or quadruple occupancy. This special rate is available one day before and after the meeting, based on availability. In order to get the group rate, you must identify yourself with the “National Association of State Budget Officers.”

Reservations must be cancelled by 3 p.m. eastern, 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate.

Check in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 11 a.m. Health club access is $10 per day.
