Please reserve your room(s) by calling (800) 368-5047. NASBO has confirmed a special group rate of $189 single or double occupancy which is well below per diem (plus 11.5% tax and a $1.00 occupancy tax).

In order to get the group rate, you must identify yourself with the “2013 NASBO Fall Meeting.” Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate.

Check in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is noon.

THE HOTEL CUT-OFF DATE FOR THE GROUP RATE IS SEPTEMBER 7.

Hotel Parking

Overnight parking is available for $20 per night and hourly parking is also available. Oversized vehicles are $30 per night off property. Taxes additional.

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access is available in each guest room for for Kimpton InTouch members (free membership).

Hotel Fitness Center/Pool

The Hotel Monaco fitness center is open 24 hours a day with key card access. The heated indoor swimming pool is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and then from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday the pool is open 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Towels are provided.

*Transportation between the Hotel Monaco Alexandria and Reagan National Airport is available daily from 7:00am until 10:30pm. Shuttles leave the hotel for departing flights every hour on the hour from 7:00am until 10:00pm. Shuttles pick up arriving guests from the airport every hour on the half hour from 7:30am until 10:30pm. This service is available by request only. Hotel shuttles do not run a continuous route. This service is available by request only - please call (703) 549-6080. Please contact the hotel upon your arrival at the airport and we will make arrangements to pick you up at the next scheduled time.
