Fall Meeting Focusing on Federal Issues Affecting States
October 13-14, 2016 Alexandria, Virginia
The Fall Meeting provides budget officers and staff updates on federal issues affecting the states as well as a chance for idea-sharing and discussion prior to budget development. Sessions at this meeting typically include an economic update, review of federal legislative developments and other timely topics.
The meeting will begin the afternoon of Thursday, October 13th and conclude with dinner on Friday, October 14th.
The registration fee for NASBO members (all employees in the Governor's budget office) is $200.
Representatives from the Federal Government, State Agencies, Associations, Educational Institutions, and Non-Profits
NASBO encourages meeting attendance from other entities with interest in state budget issues. The registration fee is a low $300.

Please reserve your room(s) by calling (800) 368-5047 or reserve online. NASBO has confirmed a special group rate of $219 single or double occupancy which is slightly below per diem (plus 14.5% tax and $1 occupancy tax).
In order to get the group rate, you must identify yourself with the “2016 NASBO Fall Meeting.” Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate and tax.
