Reservations

Make Reservations Early

The NASBO group rate is $181/night plus 12% tax. Please book early to ensure you secure a room. You must make reservations by June 21, 2013 to receive the NASBO discount rate.

To make reservations, call 907-276-6000. You must identify yourself with "NASBO" in order to receive the group rate. This discount rate ($181/night plus 12% tax) is available for the meeting dates, and for 2 days prior to and 2 days after the meeting dates, based on hotel occupancy levels.

The hotel cut-off date for NASBO's special rate is Friday, June 21.

 

Cancellations

Reservation cancellation must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.

Check-In/Checkout

Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 12 p.m. 

Internet Access

Complimentary Internet access is available in each guest room for all NASBO guests.

Parking

Self-parking for NASBO guests will be $20 per day.

Hotel Fitness Center, Pool, & Spa

All hotel guests have complimentary access to the Athletic Club and pool. From 6:00am to 8:00pm the hotel offers a variety of classes from yoga to water aerobics. Massage therapy appointments can also be made through the Athletic Club.

Travel

The Hotel Captain Cook is 6 miles (about 15 minutes) from the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). 

The hotel does not offer shuttle service to and from the airport. All travel prices listed below are approximate.

Alaska Airlines Discount Code for NASBO Meeting

NASBO is pleased to offer a 5% discount off any published fares between Anchorage, Alaska, and any
Alaska Airlines US city. Travel dates must fall between July 16-30. The discount code is ECMA129.

To book, you can enter the discount code on the Alaska Airlines website or book by calling the Alaska Airlines Group and Meetings Desk at 1-800-445-4435. There is no booking fee when booking on AlaskaAir.com however, a $15.00 ticketing fee will apply for bookings made by calling into the Group Desk. Your personal travel agent can also book this discount using reference ID number MA129.

Also, Alaska Airlines is currently offering a deal to those that apply for their Visa Signature credit card which then provides a companion ticket for $118 on your Alaska Airlines itinerary.
