This seminar is geared toward state budget analysts with two years or less experience. Presenters are veteran budget experts who will provide an exciting and informative seminar that will focus on communication strategies, budgeting from the perspective of a director and an analyst, as well as an in-depth analysis of budget requests utilizing case studies.
Registration Information
The registration fee for members (all state budget office employees) is $350. The non-member registration fee for non-profit/other state/federal government participants is $450. Class size is limited to the first 50 participants. Registration will be available in early 2012.

In order to get this group rate, you must identify yourself with “NASBO". Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rental, including tax.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the cancellation date deadline, which is two weeks prior to the meeting start date. Cancellations made on or before two weeks prior to the meeting start date will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the deadline, or for conference no-shows. If you cancel after the deadline and have not prepaid your registration fee, NASBO will bill you for your entire fee. Substitutions are accepted at anytime at no additional charge. Registrations made after the refund cancellation deadline are not eligible for a refund.The registration fee will be refunded approximately 30 days after the meeting – either by check or credit card, depending on the method of payment.
